| Das RODUNER-HUS
ist ein Mehrfamilienhaus mit 4 komfortabel eingerichteten
3-Zimmerwohnungen à 4 Betten mit grossem Südbalkon, einer
2.Zimmerwohnung mit 2 Betten sowie 2 Studios im Erdgeschoss mit
je 2 Betten. Je nach Bedarf kann noch eine zusätzliche Person
(im Wohnzimmer) übernachten. Das Haus liegt in zentraler, jedoch sehr
ruhiger, sonniger Lage mit Sicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Zu Fuss ist es
ca. 3-5 Geh- minuten zum Bahnhof, der Kunst- eisbahn und Schwimmbad.
Anschluss an die Langlaufloipe, Bushaltestelle für Luftseilbahn Sunnbüel
sowie Sessel- bahn Oeschinen erreichen Sie in 2 Minuten.
Das Roduner-Hus hat eine vollautomatische Oelzentralheizung mit Warmwasserversorgung, genügend Parkplätze, Waschmaschine und Trockenraum, Garten. Die Wohnungen sind mit Satelliten-Fernseher, Radio, Telefon ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine sowie genügen Geschirr und Wäsche (Tisch, Bett und Bad) für den täglichen Bedarf sind selbstverständlich. Auf Wünsch stellen wir gratis ein Kinder- bett sowie ein Trip-Trap Hochstuhl zur Verfügung. Die Besitzer des Hauses, Werner & Franziska Ryter wohnen im Dorf und sind täglich erreichbar. Alle Gäste welche mit dem Zug anreisen werden abgeholt und am Abreisetag wieder zum Bahnhof gebracht. |
The RODUNER-HUS
is a house with 4 comfortably furnished 3-room holiday apartments each
with 4 beds and a large, south-facing balcony. There is also a 2 room
apartment with two beds and 2 studios on the ground floor each
with 2 beds. If required, a bed for a fifth person can be provided in the
living room of the 3 room apartments. The RODUNER-HUS
is in a central but very quiet and sunny position
with views of the mountains. It is only 3-5 minutes by foot from the
station, the
ice-rink, the swimming pool, and has direct access to the
cross-country ski-pistes. The bus-stop for the bus to the Sunnbüel cable-car and the Oeschinen chair lift is only 2 minutes away by foot.
The RODUNER-HUS has fully automated central heating and warm water, free parking space for all guests, a washing machine and drying room and a garden. The apartments have satellite TV, radio and telephone. A coffee machine. bed linen, towels and kitchen linen is provided. A baby bed and high-chair can be provided at your request. The owners, Werner & Franziska Ryter live in the village and will collect and return guests from the station, free of charge.

Le RODUNER-HUS
s'agit d'une maison de vacances avec 4 appartements à 4 lits comfortablement
aménagés avec un grand balcon, 1 appartement à 2 lits et 2
studios parterre pour deux personnes. Dans les appartements à trois
pièces il y a la possiblilité de dtre un lit dans las salle du séjour
pour une cinqième personne.
La maison est situé très tranquille et ensoleillée près du centre, avec belle vue sur les montagnes. Le RODUNER-HUS se trouve 3-5 minutes à pied du gare, de la patinoire, de la piscine et directe sur les pistes du ski de fond. L'arrete du bus pour Luftseilbahn Sunnbüel et Sesselbahn Oeschinen se trouve 2 minutes à pied. La maison est équipé d'un chauffage central automatique au mazout et service central d'eau chaude. Un parking gratuit, une machine à laver avec chambre de sèchage, ardin avec grill. Les appartements sont equipées avec machine à café, télévision du satellite radio et télephone. Toute la linge pour la cuisine, le salle de bain et les lits sont a votre disposition. Pour les petites visiteurs il y a un lit d'enfant et une chaise d'enfant.
